Delicious Stuffed Easter Eggs
As Easter celebrations are upon us I would like to share with you my favorite eggs recipe that was must have dish at Easter Breakfast every year. Love to hold on to my Easter family traditions and its recipes. It is super simple recipe and full of flavor. I would like to make Delicious Stuffed Easter eggs.
Ingredients you need to make Easter Stuffed Eggs recipe
- sweet paprika
- pepper and salt
- bread crumbs

Of course we need our eggs to be boiled to begin and of course I boiled them as my Mom taught me …you can read about that HERE Good thing about this recipe is that you don’t need to worry about peeling its shell because we need to cut whole egg with shell in half just as you can see below
Steps to make my Favorite Egg Dish
Make sure to use sharp knife for that and cut your hardboiled eggs in one move. Egg shell will slightly crack but that is ok ..you just need to make sure that is all together so cutting it in one move is very important
Scoop your egg with the spoon and save it on the side together with shells because we will need them soon
Time to work on our eggs …. As I was taught by my mom I like to use a fork to crush .. “smoosh” them. It is really important to have some chunks in our mix
and here I have a little trouble ..lol.. if you follow me for some time you know I don’t measure and maybe I should start because now we are going to be adding our spices … I would say use the ingredients I provided earlier and sprinkle it to your own taste ? I like mine on the spicier side so I even add a bit of red paper flakes …
Make sure to taste before we move into next step of stuffing our shells back. Make sure to really stuffed them and press a bit at the end so our egg mixture stays inside.
So we are done and it is time to prep them for cooking again. Gather your whole egg and some bread crumbs. I like to add a tablespoon of water to my egg mixture so it is easier to work with….
Time to cook them again
it is time to dip them into each portion … it is like making chicken cutlets … I like to start and end with the bread crumbs to make sure our chopped eggs are secured inside the shell.
Heat up a Tablespoon of butter on the frying pan at the low heat and cook your freshly coated stuffed eggs for 2 min. They actually taste good room temperature too. We just need to get that nice crust

Those look delicious……… very unlike the american stuffed eggs. I am going to try a few of these. Hubby is so addicted to american eggs he might have a fit…….. so I’ll make him some and then I’ll make some of these… we’ll see if we can convert him. lol
