How to make Huggable Chunky Yarn Bunny

Get some chunky yarn and let’s have fun. My Mom was so good at knitting. She taught me a lot. Project that I like to show you today was of course my Mom idea. I am going to revamp this project a bit with chunky yarn. Are you ready to learn how to make hand knitted bunny …let me correct that chunky yarn bunny. How to make bunny
You really don’t have to have a big skills in knitting or your don’t even have to own knitting needles. We will approach this task with hand knitting technique . Have you ever tried that yet ? Lets begin with creating a loop that we can begin our chains
I like to chain roughly 12 to 15 loops. That will for sure make nice size little bunny . Aren’t you so excited to start this cute project!
Good thing about chunky yarn is that project grows in your eyes . Super fun! Don’t you just love to create things to remember .. things you can hold on to or give away year round ?
- My plan is to use entire skien for this project but you can also check your work by simply trying to fold one corners that are actually our bunny ears to see if you are satisfied
- When you are satisfied with the size it is time to end our rectangle as we started and create nice chain by connecting 2 loops at the same time but all that is shown in my video below. It is all about trying and feeing its size.
- tie both ears with yarn to secure its shape

head is formed now it is time to fill it with polly fill and close it all up
