Rustic Candy Cane Christmas Wreath DIY
I have made soo many Christmas wreaths already. I literally have an addiction for wreaths! They are just perfect decor detail in my house. My door is never bare nor are the walls. Wreaths make everything feel so homey and warm … and can be such a classy way to decorate for the different holidays or seasons! Click HERE to find them. On my last trip to Dollar Tree Candy Cane metal frame caught my eye so I decided to give a try. Let’s make Candy Cane Christmas Wreath with a Rustic spin and my favorite easy Folded Bow but a bit elevated.

Chunky Yarn
Candy Cane Metal Frame
I was debating on how should I go about that project for a while. Metal frame on the Candy Cane is simply asking for weaving but this time I think simple is better
I can already see my Christmas wreath coming together.
It is time to concentrate on the bow now! I think my Folded Bow will be perfect but for this project I like to elevate that a bit and make it even fuller. My usual Folded Bow has 4 loops this time I like to add 2 more and make them different length. Check the video below for all details . It was not easy to choose the ribbon I liked for my white Candy Cane wreath. Red is no brainer but I like to twist things around. To keep with Rustic but elegant Feel and decor in my house I decided to use wired burlap like ribbon with snowflakes on it.
Love my Folded Bow on a Candy Cane but I think I need something more …hmm. It is time to add some charms! Metal galvanized snowflake make actually look good don’t you thinks so?
Cascading couple of snowflakes with a star that I made sounds like a good plan!
I really like what I see! My Rustic White Christmas Candy Cane Wreath is ready.
