Easter Tablescapes Ideas

As the weather is changing around here so fast I am starting to think about sprucing up my house with some Spring decor. It is all about the flowers, blooms and lots of color. Even though I am not really a big fan of bold colors i like to introduce them here and there into my house. Have you check our Facebook page or our YouTube channel for daily inspirations? As I am crafting my way into spring I decided to think a bit about Easter tablescapes, about colors I would love to use this year. All what I could think of is Bunnies … lots of bunnies … lol. How about making some budget friendly napkin rings ?

There are so many things you can do with paper towels core. Napkin rings are one of them. Shall we try ?

Materials needed to complete Easter napkin rings

paper towel core
burlap
ribbon
raffia
hot glue gun and glue sticks
fur or some yarn

So I gathered my supplies and it is time to work

I like to cut around 2 inches strips out of paper towel and either cover them with burlap or fabric.

As you work you way around cardboard strip make sure that your connection is on the inside of ring so outside is pleasing to the eye

I know bunny ears are easy to make but I always like to make a template out of cardboard and trace to the material of my choice

I have made so many different napkin rings for different occasions and I like to overlap materials. As you can see I am also using buffalo check ribbon for the front of my bunny ears.

To achieve that fun shape to the ears I like to pinch bottom and secure it with a dot of hot glue just as it shows below

I like to attach my bunny ears very close and accent it with bow our of raffia or lace. Love this simple budget friendly napkin rings
