Let’s make un wrapped cabbage !
To begin grab your shredded cabbage and mix with a bit of salt and begin to knead with your hands until cabbage softens a bit .. I usually knead for 5 min. You will know cabbage is softer when you are going to see your hand full of cabbage juice
Add all ingredients to your cabbage and mix well
Feel free to add any of your favorite spices to it too. I like to change rice for barely lately in my stuffed cabbage recipes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grab your pan and add your favorite tomato sauce to the bottom and begin to roll and line up your unwrapped stuffed cabbage
when all meat is formed into cutlets cover all with leftover tomato sauce
I so like this version much better much faster to make
Bake at 350 for 45 – 50 min and serve with your favorite starch .. MIne always is mashed potatoes
