THE Chocolate Chip Cookies
My kids love their chocolate chips cookies so we experiment all the time . This recipe for sure won all ! If you are looking like us for bakery style chocolate chip cookies that are soft inside and crispy on the outside you must make those
Ingredients
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 light brown sugar (sugar in the raw will work too)
- 2 sticks of butter unsalted at room temperature
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In the medium bowl combine dry ingredients: flour, sea salt , baking soda
In the bowl with mixer beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy. It may take 2-3 minutes
Scrape bowl down and add vanilla, eggs and mix until all combined
Add gradually dry ingredients until all is mixed scraping bottom and sides as needed
Mix in chocolate chips
At this point if time permits chill your dough for at least 30 to 60 minutes wrapped in a plastic wrap. This allows for all ingredients to sort of marinate and make thicker chewier and more flavorful cookies
Time to bake
I like to use 2 tablespoons for each cookie and drop them on my cookie sheet
Bake for 11- 13 minutes or until golden brown

My daughter always like to give them crunch and look inside before she eats them..lol to make sure they are perfect
