Add a thin amount of Mod Podge to a small area or pumpkin and Grab a piece of napkin and apply to pumpkin. Use your clean soft paint brush to smooth and distribute napkin through all pumpkin bumps Trick to successful napkin decoupage is to work in stages and have one clean soft brush
Take your time with each step. Dont worry if your strip of napkin is too big . You can easy tuck in between pumpkins.Make sure to watch a video at the end for all recap.
