Embossing is something we are going to be dealing with today! My all time favorite 3 technique! Happened to discover couple years ago and I am hooked. - paste
- embossing powder
Let’s emboss !
Grab you heart and let’s have fun! My heart was a bit bumpy since I experimented a bit with texture on it but didn’t like it so decided to paint my experiment dark navy to have clean surface to work on
Grab your favorite stencil and apply a thin amount of paste on it. Make sure to check links below on all supplies so you can get yours
Cover your wet texture paste with embossing powder really well . Let it sit for few seconds and shake all of and recycle back into your container for the future use
How pretty is that design! Time to emboss. Bring your hair dryer or heat gun and dry your embossing powder on your stencils. You paste will slowly turn crusty and shiny as you can see on the left side
As with everything i like to add some gilding wax in gold to accent thing or two . Make sure to grab one HERE and add those gentle accents of gold all over your projects

Just because my heart have two sides …dou and I have two different textures I decided to add a crackle paste and see what happens there. For this side I only added a paste without powder. Just dried it with heat source
Little shear bow with pearl accent was enough for my heart. Perfect little detail for your dough bowl or tiered tray. Perfect vintage heart diy
I have no idea which side I like better .. crackle without embossing powder or the one with embossing powder. Love me my embossed heart
