Supplies needed to make mitten Christmas ornament
- burlap or any fabric you have
- cardboard
- mitten pattern
- Mod Podge
- dry oranges and pine cones or anything you like to embellish them with
- rope and ribbon

As with everything I love to use a cardboard. I promise it will now show we are using one! Cardboard is free ..lol

You can draw or use my mitten template attached into this post on the piece of cardboard. Cardboard is fun to craft with. I find that utility knife works the best with shapes on the cardboard.
Mittens are cut so now we can trace our cardboard shapes onto burlap or any fabric you have and mod- podge it to each other. To camouflage cuts thicker twine will do a job. Hot glue is really useful in this process. I told you no-sewing skills are needed in this burlap mitten ornaments.
Just because I had some lace ribbon i decided to edge all nicely. Love combination of lace and burlap together!
onto a fun part! Bring what you have! I want to make clusters of pinecones with slices of oranges and of course pieces of some greenery that I grabbed from my yard.
Make a chain to connect them together and all is done! What a fun project it was! I know I will be making them in so many other ways to attach to gifts for a keepsake
