Super excited to share this fun project with you ! How about Spring decoupage project .I always loved Chinoiserie design. Have lots of those pieces in my possession and made also lots of them! Today I like to show you how you can make beautiful Chinoiserie Framed Spring Egg Wreath. Grab your favorite white and blue napkin and lets have fun decoupaging . Supplies needed to make Shabby Chic Chinoiserie Spring framed wreath
- white eggs or any plastic eggs that I purchased on Amazon HERE
- your favorite blue and white Chinoiserie napkin
- picture frame
- chalk paint
- chicken wire
- Mod Podge
- your favorite ribbon and accessories

Let’s make Chinoiserie Spring Framed Egg Wreath
Let’s prep your frame! Just becasue I needed to fill a space on my shelf I decided to work with 8×10 super simple picture frame but it is up to you and amount of eggs you have on hand to make this project
Remove all picture frame insers and save them for other projects as I do it and lets cut our chicken wire to a size and secure that into your frame with a twine and lots of glue. I like to work with chicken wire I listed above because it is easier to deal with .Clip some into frame to help hold all together nicely.
Just because I didn’t want to take away from my egg wreath I decided to paint all white. Couple coats of chalk paint will do a trick
Let’s make a wreath now
Grab your eggs and let’s have fun. I happened to use already painted white eggs from Michaels but plastic ones that you most likely have on hand will work too. Just need to paint them white to prep for decoupage . Yes we will be decoupaging some white and blue napkins

I like to cover my decoupaged eggs with a sealer and a bit of wax to protect my installation Decoupage is done with so now install is a breeze . Hot glue your eggs into a circle right at its ends and decorate !
You know I am going to bring anything I have on my table .. Pieces of my favorite pearl trim , satin ribbon and of course tulle with some brooches
To bring even more Shabby Chic feel to my framed Spring Wreath I decided to add some tulle .
Little bit of floral wire but you can use zip ties too and my framed egg Spring wreath is installed on my chicken wire frame.
absolutely love my Spring decoupaged wreath! I may consider one year to a bit bigger with lots layers to it . Can you only imagine 3 overlapping rows of eggs on much bigger frame ? Gorgeous
It may not be a typical Chinoiserie design on my napkin but I love my Spring decoupage decor so much
To keep up with rustic feel to my wreath I decided to add some tiny amounts of moss in between eggs . Love flow bows .. super elegant
