How to Make Easy Fall Wreath
I am sooo excited to share this idea with you! Couple days ago I received a happy mail from one of my awesome Facebook friends. If you follow me for some time that I am super picky when it comes to certain shades of green. I couldn’t believe that my happy mail was wrapped with perfect shade of green! I knew I had to do something with it! Will you believe that simple packing paper inspired fall project that I am about to share? Are your ready for some gorgeous fall crafting idea? - cardboard box
- hot glue and glue sticks
- some floral picks
- net ribbon

I started to twist my paper just to see how it reacts and I have to tell you … i loved what I saw . I can’t wait to see how my twisted paper wreath is going to look
Decision was made ! I am going to use my cardboard to make my wreath form. I promise it is not going to show. So i grabbed my dinner plate and went to work
Steps to making a cardboard wreath is super easy. Since I craft often with what I have on hand I decided to outline my dinner plate for circle to create wreath form
My paper is twisted so its time to start a fun process. Super excited to see this wreath come to life!
I decided to twist to pieces of wrapping paper that were in my box and twist them! Love cardboard crafting for my fall wreath idea.
Little action of hot glue to secure my twisted paper to cardboard and my wreath looking better and better . Wish I had 3 pieces to braid them but twisting look good too. My goal was to spread all that cardboard wasn’t showing
as you can see I still have some paper left so I decided to leave it alone and not cut so I can see it that can be used somehow in embellishment process. Cutting them off can wait and I have to tell you I am glad I didn’t.
Time for some embellishments
When it comes to embellishments sky is a limit. You can decorate with almost anything. At first I wanted to use pine cones and go from there but then I saw my leftover picks and a sunflower of course!
Since I was making this wreath live on my Facebook page majority decided to go with floral picks which i love too. I had picked through floral bunch and some loose flowers .. Both looked gorgeous but we went with cluster. Can you see how awesome those leftover pieces look? Don’t you think they make perfect tails?

I decided to jazz it up a bit my wreath and made a simple folded bow. All details can be found on my BLOG HERE. It was perfect for my wreath. Don’t you think so?
Perfection! Those leftover tails and easy folded bow is perfect! Couldn’t resist to add some raffia ribbon to it too.. Love me some hot mess express arrangements.
