Toilet Paper Roll Butterfly
Life has been busy lately… but I still needed a little creative moment 🤍
So I grabbed something simple—a toilet paper roll—and started playing around… and somehow, this butterfly came to life 🦋
This easy DIY toilet paper roll butterfly is made with book pages, napkins, and a little creativity. It’s one of those projects that turns something ordinary into something soft, beautiful, and a little bit magical.

Supplies needed
How to make Toilet paper butterfly easy
Let’s prep your toilet paper and draw lines that will fold into butterfly
- draw line on the third of your toilet paper tube
- mark your lines as shown below ( notice my lines dont go all the from corner to corner )
- cut it out
notice that I left bigger portion of my paper towel tube uncut on top and smaller on the bottom
grab your second toilet paper roll or paper towel roll and draw your template there. We are now making second symmetrical part of our butterfly
Now we have a butterfly wings
grab your third toilet paper tube and let’s make body !
Let’s create butterfly body with our third tube of toilet paper roll
Cut it in half and then cut each half in half till you have 4 strips
